DO YOU ONLY SELL CAT PRODUCTS?

YES! We are fully feline focused! Although some of our products can be used by other animals we cater for cats.

 DO YOU DELIVER?

YES! We deliver throughout Trinidad & Tobago. See our delivery section for more details.

 DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

YES, it’s located at 32 EMR, St. Augustine.

CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY/PICKUP?

YES! We do prefer online payments, however, if this doesn’t work for you we accept cash on delivery/pickup. 

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Kitty KornerTT offers Delivery and Pick-up services.

You can order online and pick up Instore at no cost.

Delivery throughout Trinidad costs $40.

Tobago orders will be fulfilled via TTpost. Once your order is confirmed we will contact you with further details.

Orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days of payment.

 

REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kittykornertt@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (868-389-2093). If your return is accepted, we'll arrange a convenient time for pickup of the item. Note that the meeting point has to be convenient for both parties, otherwise a fee of $40 will be charged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the situation.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If the item you desire if of the same value, considerations can be made.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
