Do not recommend

This scratcher is advertised as being appropriate for a 'window, smooth wall or door'. I attempted to attach to all 3 surfaces and it didn't hold on any. After a few tries, the suction cups detached from the rod and I could see dried glue. Grateful for the opportunity to review, since I'd really like to return it.
